Stine holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and health and a master’s degree in gastronomy and health. She has many years’ experiences in food labelling through her work in two different quality departments in the retail trade, where she was responsible for labelling private label products. She was also responsible for checking product specifications, preparing declarations, proofreading packaging texts, investigating complaints, sensory testing of food, customer complaints and recalls.

At Herax Food Solutions AB, Stine works with label review, nutritional calculations, translations, and food legislation topics. Stine has the responsibility for several European costumers and helps them with different requests and projects. One of the costumers is a crisp and snack producer, where she checks all the artworks for the Nordic Market and ensure they fulfil the EU and national food regulations and that the claims on the packaging cannot mislead the consumers. Another costumer is a Danish retailer where she is consultant and make the labelling of the private label food products.

Stine speaks Danish and English and understands Swedish. Her clients are mainly situated in Europe.

Stine receives positive feedback from her clients in relation to challenging them which raises the quality around the legal part of the projects. Furthermore, she gives prompt responses on request and questions.
