Anneli has a bachelor's degree in food and nuitrition, specialising in food safety. She has worked for several years as a food safety inspector for a major municipality, where she specialised in the control of dietary supplements, wholesalers, and e-commerce.

At Herax Food Solutions AB, Anneli's focus area is labeling and regulations within food and feed, which involves, among other things, performing regulatory translations, label reviews, and investigating complex issues regarding how EU legislation has been interpreted and implemented in the Nordic countries. She also conducts labeling trainings on mandatory labeling, food supplements, and nutrition and health claims.

Anneli's clients are located all over the world, and they share the common goal of introducing their food products to the Swedish and Nordic markets. From her clients, she receives feedback for being very helpful, efficient and flexibel, and that she explains complex issues in a clear manner.
